Role Description

This is a full-time Networking Manager (Connectivity) position with a hybrid work model based in Hyderabad, offering flexibility for partial remote work. The Networking Manager will oversee network administration, ensure network security, and manage connectivity infrastructure. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading a team of network professionals, troubleshooting network issues, implementing solutions, and ensuring the stability, security, and performance of the organization's networks. Close collaboration with IT teams and various stakeholders is expected to optimize the overall system performance.

Qualifications

• 8-10 yrs experience
• Strong expertise in Network Administration, Networking, and Network Engineering
• Experience with Network Security practices and protocols
• Proven ability in Team Leadership and effective collaboration
• Strong knowledge of network hardware and software as well as network protocols
• Strong expertise in networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) and enterprise-grade hardware (Cisco, Aruba, Riverbed)
• Deep understanding of firewall technologies
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on troubleshooting and optimizing systems
• Working knowledge of hybrid work environments and adaptable mindset
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are a plus
