Riverbed JD

========

Primary Skills: Minimum 4 to 7 Years of Hand-on Experience on Riverbed.

Configuration, installation and troubleshooting of Riverbed device.

Must have Hands-on experience/ in-depth knowledge on Cisco Routing and Switching. Cisco DC (Nexus), SDWAN, Wan Optimizer tool.

WAN Optimization and QoS - WAN optimization and QoS on global MPLS network carrying voice and data.

Advanced knowledge and experience of WAN Optimization.

Good understanding of troubleshooting tools such as Packet tracer, Wireshark, etc.

Well versed with ITIL concepts like Incident, Problem & change management & service requests.

Experience in Nexus VDC/VPC environment.

Should handle and resolve P1/P2 issue within SLA

Prepare design document like LLD/HLD and should participate in migration activities.

Identify and resolve chronic issues. RCA/ Clients meeting / Regular Operational updates/ CAB meetings. Participate in Technical Audits.

Mentor L1 team members. Willing to work in 24X7 support model.

Excellent communication skill (English - both written and verbal).

Wireless JD

  • Minimum 4 to 7 Years of Hand-on Experience Cisco WLC
  • Configuration, installation and troubleshooting of Cisco WLC (wireless controller) and Cisco Access point (Autonomous AP and Light weight AP).
  • WiFi survey for site (should have technical knowledge and need to co-ordinate with site engineer).
  • Should able to do new Wireless setup of multiple access-points and WLC from scratch.
  • SSID configuration, Anchor WLC, mobility tunnel, captive portal, Wireless certificate management.
  • Authentication and Encryption configuration (EAP-TLS, PEAP, EAP-FAST, TKIP, AES, WEP and WPA-PSK).
  • WLC and AP version upgradation and device replacement.
  • Should know packet flow in wireless.
  • Sound knowledge of Radius server, AAA, Cisco ISE, Cisco Prime, etc.
  • Reviewed heat map results from RF surveys performed in the field and made recommendations for additional AP replacements and should able to add the New AP to the Hear maps.
  • Good Understanding of various wireless bands (802.11 2.4Ghz,5Ghz, etc).
  • Good understanding of troubleshooting tools such as Packet tracer, Wireshark, etc.
  • Should have good knowledge and hands-on experience on Cisco routing (routing protocols, configuration, etc) and switching (VLANs, STP, VTP, port security, etc).
