Network Team Lead

Job description:

A Network Engineer is responsible for the setup, configuration, running network deployments, buildouts. This includes but not limited to, hands on work in a datacenter lab environment, buildouts deployments, configuring network elements to pass traffic through the test setup, Configuring a traffic generator, troubleshooting issues with the baseline test setup, gathering test data, analysing the test data for root causes, and building test reports, working with stakeholders and DCS teams.

• Protocol exposure (OSPF & BGP)
• Troubleshooting exposure (L2 & L3)
• Shift lead / Backup lead capabilities
• Incident and Change Management
• RCA - Root Cause Analysis
• Independent in Customer / Partner collaboration calls
• Exposure in Project Governance (SLA / KPI / Business review reports)
• Strong Communication
• Ability to shift the roles and responsibilities
• Experience in handling team size of 5-10 team
