Role: Network Support Engineer (Executive IT)
Reporting to: Senior General Manager
Key Responsibilities
Network Infrastructure
- Configure and manage Cisco switches, routers wireless networks
- Monitor network performance, bandwidth uptime
- Ensure redundancy, failover high availability
- Work with IoT, RFID, OT networks edge computing
System Support
- Manage DNS, DHCP Windows Servers (2019/2022)
- Handle installation, configuration troubleshooting
- Backup management patch updates
- Firewall, web security content filtering
Security Compliance
- Manage CCTV, access control, fire BMS systems
- Conduct audits, risk assessments vulnerability testing
- Network hardening, log monitoring access management
- Disaster recovery business continuity planning
IT Operations
- Endpoint server management
- VLAN network segregation
- Wi-Fi LAN support for estate operations
- Visitor parking management systems
Key Skills
- Cisco Networking (Switching Routing)
- Network Monitoring Tools (Nagios, OpManager)
- IoT OT Network Understanding
- Firewall Security Management
- Strong troubleshooting analytical skills
Eligibility
- Bachelors Degree in IT or related field
- 23 years of relevant experience
