We are seeking an experienced Cyber Security professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in safeguarding our organization's information systems, ensuring compliance with security standards, and responding to security threats.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to security incidents and threats.
- Implement and maintain security measures to protect the organization's data and systems.
- Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability assessments.
- Develop and enforce security policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure secure infrastructure and applications.
- Provide training and awareness programs for employees regarding security best practices.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in Cyber Security or related fields.
- Strong understanding of security protocols, cryptography, and network security.
- Experience with security tools and technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and antivirus software.
- Knowledge of compliance standards and frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR).
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or similar are highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
