PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Respond to and clear internal client IP Network trouble reports
Assist and provide network operations input on major projects, upgrades, installations
Basic planning, implementation, and support changes to the network including cable infrastructure, network hardware and software.
Collaborate with System Administrators and User Support to provide Level II support for technical solutions
Provide detailed documentation and procedures for all solutions.
Develop and maintain IT liaison relationship with functional departments and key users
Develop and maintain relationships with technology vendors to meet business needs.
Monitor (using external and built-in tools) the various routers, switches and communications equipment that comprise the corporate network.
Repair and/or coordinate repair of network / telecommunications equipment.
24x7 Rotational On-Call required
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Degree computer science, related degree or relevant experience.
2-5years concentrated experience in a network analysis role
Working knowledge of VoIP protocols and fundamentals

Detail oriented and analytical; VERY organized (meticulous with regard to documentation)
