. Maintain a library of scripts/programs and example code demonstrating documented Best Practices.
. Work with NaaS and Cloud Automation teams to port automation system API calls to the NG DDI (TCPWave).
. Identify service requirements of differing upstream and downstream systems.
. Ensure proper and limited API access.
. Ensure API service monitoring, auditing and reporting.
. Investigate and collect requirements of future API use cases
Documentation and Communication:
. Develop service migration communication materials
. Work with DNS Operations to produce the Run Book and operational process documentation
. Change implement and notification communications
Project Management:
. Provide tasks and dependencies for detailed project plans
. Provide regular status updates
. Align to timeline and deliverable requirements

Operation and support models
Experience with:
DNS - Configuration, troubleshooting, managing DNS primaries, secondaries, zone delegation, etc
DHCP - Configuration, troubleshooting, managing.
IPAM - Systems such as QIP or TCPWave.
Programming Languages:

. Javascript
Operating Systems:
. Redhat or some Linux distribution
. Microsoft Windows
. Mac OSX
. 7+ years of experience with Linux operating systems including operations in a large scale enterprise environment.
. 7+ years of Systems Engineering/Administration including experience in a large, distributed environment
. Practical scripting and development experience in shell, Perl or Python and/or other automation tools. Ability to write and understand codes at Software Developer level is required.
. Experience with system and application monitoring, software distribution
. Experience with common internet protocols and services including TCP, UDP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP, SSH, TFTP, and LDAP
. Experience building enterprise-wide solutions using proprietary systems
