Job Summary:
As a Network Operations Engineer, you will be a key member of the Infrastructure Engineering team, supporting critical services across network infrastructure, cloud platforms, and operational tasks. Your role involves L1/L2 incident management, firewall/load balancer support, troubleshooting, and assisting with cloud-based deployments and migrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L1 and L2 support for incidents, troubleshooting, firewall/load balancer requests, and infrastructure changes
- Manage BAU operations including alert monitoring and incident resolution
- Collaborate with cloud service providers for integration and remediation tasks
- Drive technical discussions across infrastructure and development teams to enable cloud deployment (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
- Design cloud-based infrastructure solutions aligned with business SLAs
- Maintain documentation including technical diagrams, timelines, and presentations
- Work on migration and re-architecture of on-prem applications to cloud environments
- Ensure change requests and incidents are resolved within agreed SLA
- Stay updated on tools and technologies for networking, cloud, and security
