Role & Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage enterprise network devices, links, and services using approved tools.
- Respond to network alerts and incidents promptly, ensuring resolution within defined SLAs.
- Perform routine health checks on routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless controllers.
- Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams and coordinate with vendors/service providers for RCA and resolution.
- Maintain and update ITSM records (ServiceNow/Remedy), SOPs, and runbooks.
- Ensure network uptime, performance, and compliance with organizational standards.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- 6 years of experience in Network Operations or NOC environment.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, and switching.
- Hands-on experience with Cisco/Juniper devices and network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, etc.).
- Familiarity with ITSM and ITIL processes.
- Basic troubleshooting of VPNs, firewalls, and wireless access points.
- Good communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
