Job Description

Network Operations Engineer (Day 2 Support)

100% Remote

Immediate joiner

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and support enterprise network infrastructure
  • Manage routing, switching, firewalls, VPN, SD-WAN, wireless, WAF, DNS, and load balancers
  • Handle incident response, change management, and operational support
  • Support network automation using Python and Ansible
  • Maintain documentation and collaborate with security, cloud, and application teams

Required Skills

  • Cisco Routing & Switching (IOS, NX-OS)
  • Cisco & Palo Alto Firewalls
  • VPN, SD-WAN, Zscaler
  • Aruba Wireless
  • F5 Load Balancer, Imperva WAF
  • Infoblox DDI
  • Python, Ansible, Terraform, Git, REST APIs

Qualifications

  • 5–10 years in enterprise network operations
  • Strong troubleshooting and automation experience
  • Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow preferred)
  • Knowledge of OSPF, BGP, VLANs, STP

Preferred

  • Certifications: CCNP/CCIE, PCNSE, Aruba, F5
  • Experience in financial or regulated environments
  • Cloud networking exposure (AWS/Azure)
