Job Summary:

Experienced and proactive IT professional responsible for the planning, implementation, and management of enterprise-wide network infrastructure. Skilled in overseeing LAN, WAN, VPN, firewall, and wireless networks while ensuring network performance, security, and uptime. Adept at leading teams, managing vendors, and maintaining documentation and compliance with IT policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage enterprise network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points
• Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and reliability
• Oversee network security including firewall configuration, VPN access, and intrusion prevention
• Lead network upgrade and expansion projects to support business needs
• Manage a team of network engineers and coordinate with IT support teams
• Maintain documentation of network architecture, assets, and configurations
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, security standards, and audit requirements
• Manage vendor relationships and evaluate new network technologies and solutions
• Configure and maintain remote access systems and monitor bandwidth utilization
• Develop and test disaster recovery plans and conduct periodic failover testing
