We are looking for an experienced Network L3 Administrator / Engineer with strong expertise in enterprise networking, routing, switching, and firewall security. The role involves advanced troubleshooting, optimization, and management of large-scale network infrastructure while providing L3 support for critical incidents and enterprise deployments.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain enterprise network infrastructure including switches, routers, firewalls, WAN/LAN links.
- Provide L3 support for escalated incidents and ensure timely resolution of complex network issues.
- Configure and optimize routing protocols such as OSPF, BGP, EIGRP.
- Implement and manage switching technologies including VLANs, STP, trunking.
- Administer and secure firewalls (Cisco ASA, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Check Point).
- Perform patching, upgrades, configuration management, and change implementation.
- Conduct performance tuning, capacity planning, and bandwidth optimization.
- Implement network security policies, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and compliance controls.
- Automate routine network tasks using Python, Ansible, or scripting tools.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, server, and security teams for seamless network delivery.
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for critical incidents and document resolutions.
- Maintain detailed network documentation, knowledge base, and troubleshooting guides.
- Mentor junior network administrators when required.
Required Skills & Experience
- 712 years of experience in Network Administration / Engineering with strong L3 expertise.
- Hands-on experience with Cisco, Juniper, HP, Arista switches and routers.
- Strong expertise in firewall administration (Cisco ASA, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Check Point).
- In-depth knowledge of routing protocols, switching technologies, WAN optimization.
- Experience with VPNs, MPLS, SD-WAN, load balancers.
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, Nagios, PRTG.
- Proficiency in network automation and scripting (Python, Ansible).
- Strong understanding of network security, IDS/IPS, and compliance standards.
- Proven ability to independently handle critical incidents and lead resolution efforts.
Preferred Qualifications
- Industry certifications: CCNP, CCIE, JNCIP, PCNSE, NSE, CISSP.
- Experience with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Exposure to SDN (Software-Defined Networking) and network virtualization (NSX, ACI).
- Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
