Job Description

Responsible to install, setup network (LAN, WAN)

Monitoring the WAN Infrastructure network through WhatsUp Gold 8.0

logging the call with service provider and taking follow ups for the resolution

Responsible to install, network LAN, WAN and configure peripherals (ADSL and ODCP links)

Enabling port security for preventing unauthorized network access

Coordinate with ISP regarding network issue

Given support on field and remote assistance to the clients.

Skill Set :

Basic CCNA concepts

Routing & Switching

Knowledge of configuring network devices

Location : Mangalore.
