We are seeking a Network Infrastructure Lead with experience in Switching, Routing, Cisco Meraki and cloud Azure.
Experience: 10-13 Years
Team Leadership & Project Management
- Lead and manage a team of two network engineers, providing technical guidance, mentoring, and task prioritization.
- Own and deliver infrastructure projects and network standardization initiatives.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute changes following organizational standards and change management processes.
- Ensure clear ownership, timely execution, and accurate status reporting for all assigned projects.
- Network Infrastructure & Operations
- Configure, deploy, manage, and troubleshoot Cisco Meraki products, including firewalls, switches, wireless access points, cameras and Sensors.
- Meraki environment standardization, ensuring consistent design, configuration, and documentation across sites.
Cloud & Security Technologies
- Demonstrate strong working knowledge of the Azure Cloud Platform, including network-related services and integrations.
- Support and manage security platforms such as Cisco Duo and Cisco Umbrella / DOPE Security.
- Operational Excellence
- Ensure network stability, security, and efficiency through proactive monitoring, capacity planning, and swift issue resolution.
- Identify recurring issues and drive long-term corrective actions to improve reliability and performance.
- Maintain accurate network documentation, diagrams, and standard operating procedures.
Collaboration & Communication
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Security, Server, Cloud, Application, and Business teams) to enhance overall network performance and operational reliability.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with clients, internal teams, vendors, and leadership to ensure smooth project execution.
- Provide clear updates, risk assessments, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki Products and Azure Cloud Platform.
- Good working knowledge of Cisco Duo, Cisco Umbrella or any DNS Filtering Tools, and enterprise switching and wireless technologies.
- Experience leading small teams and managing multiple infrastructure projects simultaneously.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with ITIL, change management (CAB), and enterprise documentation standards.
- Experience supporting multi-site enterprise environments.
- Prior involvement in ISP cutovers, network migrations, and hardware lifecycle management.
