Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement solutions on Salesforce Service Cloud
  • Customize features like:
  • Case Management
  • Knowledge Base
  • Omni-Channel Routing
  • Service Console
  • Develop using:
  • Apex (backend logic)
  • Lightning Web Components (UI)
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems (APIs, middleware)
  • Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing support
  • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Ensure best practices, scalability, and security compliance

Required Skills

Technical:

  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud
  • Experience with:
  • Apex, SOQL, SOSL
  • Lightning Components / LWC
  • REST/SOAP APIs
  • Understanding of CRM processes (customer support workflows)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Salesforce certifications (highly valued):
  • Salesforce Administrator
  • Service Cloud Consultant
  • Platform Developer I/II
