About The Role

Lead the design, deployment, and support of Meraki solutions across our enterprise and branch environments.

Design end-to-end Cisco Meraki cloud-managed network architectures

Define reference architectures for:

• Campus LAN (MS, MR)
• Branch and WAN (MX SD-WAN)
• Remote workforce and micro-branches
  
  

Architect high availability, resiliency, and scalability models

Design multi-org, multi-network Meraki dashboard architectures

Define licensing strategy, org structure, and network segmentation

Deployment Strategy & Execution

• Lead large-scale Meraki deployments:
  
  

Greenfield and brownfield migrations

Legacy Cisco / non-Cisco to Meraki transitions

• Define zero-touch provisioning (ZTP) models
• Drive standardized configuration templates and profiles
• Oversee on-site and remote implementation teams
• Validate deployments against design and acceptance criteria
• Meraki SD-WAN & WAN Design
• Design Meraki SD-WAN architectures using MX appliances
• Define:
  
  

WAN uplink strategies (DIA, MPLS, LTE/5G)

Traffic shaping, VPN topologies (Hub-Spoke / Full Mesh)

Application-aware policies and QoS

• Integrate Meraki SD-WAN with:
  
  

Third-party firewalls

Cloud providers (AWS / Azure)

SASE and security services

Wireless Design (Meraki MR)

• Lead enterprise wireless design using Meraki MR
• Define:
  
  

WLAN architecture and SSID strategy

RF design principles and capacity planning

High-density and location analytics use cases

• Support wireless assurance and performance optimization
  
  

Security & Policy Architecture

• Design Meraki security architecture:
  
  

L3/L7 firewall rules

IDS/IPS and content filtering

Client VPN and site-to-site VPN

• Align Meraki security design with Zero Trust principles
• Integrate Meraki with:
  
  

Cisco Umbrella

SASE platforms

Identity providers (where applicable)

About You

Cloud Operations & Governance

• Define operational models for:
  
  

Day-0 / Day-1 / Day-2 operations

Change and release management

• Design alerting, monitoring, and reporting using Meraki Dashboard
• Establish role-based access control (RBAC) and audit policies
• Ensure compliance, logging, and visibility requirements
  
  

Automation & API Integration

• Design automation using:
  
  

Meraki REST APIs

Python-based automation scripts

• Integrate Meraki with:
  
  

ITSM tools (ServiceNow)

Monitoring and AIOps platforms

• Enable configuration drift management and compliance checks
• Cisco Meraki Solutions Specialist
• CCNP Enterprise
• CCIE (added advantage)
• 8+ years of hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki technologies.
