CUCM, IMP, CUC,CER, Analog/Digital Gateways, Hardware, and Software media Resources

Protocols H.323, MGCP, SIP, SCCP, Q.SIG, CAS, ISDN PRI, FXO, FXS, and POTS.

Basic Understanding for UCS Servers and VMware Virtualization

Consulting and Troubleshooting Skills

Understating of DNS,DHCP,TFTP,NTP and LDAP

DESIRED SKILLS

Programming skills in Java/Python

Understanding of Cisco Video Solution

Understanding of WebEx
