We hire on-site network engineering professionals across India to design, deploy, and maintain mission-critical network infrastructure that supports cloud connectivity, business applications, and real-time services.
Primary job title: Network Engineer
Role & Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain enterprise LAN/WAN infrastructure, including switches, routers, and data-center interconnects.
- Implement and troubleshoot routing and switching protocols (BGP, OSPF) to ensure optimal path selection and resiliency.
- Configure and manage VPNs (IPsec/MPLS) and firewall policies to enforce secure site-to-site and remote access connectivity.
- Perform root-cause analysis for network incidents, lead post-incident reviews, and implement corrective actions to reduce recurrence.
- Operate network monitoring and observability systems (SNMP/NetFlow) to maintain SLA compliance and proactively identify performance issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to onboard new services, perform capacity planning, and support change-control activities.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- Hands-on experience with Cisco IOS networking equipment
- Practical experience with Juniper Junos platforms
- Deep knowledge of BGP and OSPF routing protocols
- Working knowledge of MPLS architectures and IPsec VPNs
- Experience with firewall technologies (Cisco ASA / FTD)
- Familiarity with SNMP and network monitoring tools
Preferred
- Exposure to network automation tools (Ansible, Python scripting)
- Knowledge of data-centre networking (VXLAN, EVPN)
- Hands-on experience with cloud networking (AWS/Azure VPC connectivity)
