Job Description

Strong understanding of network infrastructure and network hardware.
Experience with network access control solutions and 802.1x.
Experience with Cisco IOS, IOS XE, Nexus OS, Firepower Threat Defense and ASAs.
Experience with Cisco Wireless Controllers.
Experience with quality of service prioritizing video and voice traffic.
Experience with dynamic routing protocols OSFP, BGP.
Experience with VOIP technologies and telephony systems.
Experience with structure network cabling and wire management
Experience with uninterrupted power supply electronics and IT infrastructure power requirements.
Ability to think through problems and visualize solutions.
Ability to implement, administer, and troubleshoot network infrastructure devices, including wireless access points, firewall, routers, switches.
Knowledge of application transport and network infrastructure protocols.
Ability to create accurate network diagrams and documentation for design and planning network communication systems.
Ability to quickly learn new or unfamiliar technology and products using documentation and internet resources.
Ability to work with all levels of staff within and outside of IT and outside the organization.
Able to work independently but comfortable working in a team environment.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Dependable and flexible when necessary.
Be available for upgrades, troubleshooting and projects that may occur after traditional office hours.
Cisco Certified CCNA or CCNP certificate a plus.
