JOB DESCRIPTION:
Key Responsibilities:
SolarWinds Monitoring
- Install, configure, and maintain SolarWinds Orion modules (NPM, NCM, SAM, VNQM, etc.).
- Create and optimize polling engines, custom alerts, dashboards, and reports.
- Perform SolarWinds upgrades, patching, and database maintenance.
- Troubleshoot SolarWinds performance issues and ensure high availability of monitoring tools.
Network (Data) Support
- Provide L2/L3 support for Routing & Switching technologies (Cisco/Juniper/HP).
- Troubleshoot network issues related to LAN, WAN, VPN, firewall, and load balancing.
- Work with network teams to ensure device onboarding into SolarWinds.
- Maintain network documentation and device configurations.
Voice (Telephony) Support
- Support Avaya Voice systems including Aura, CM, CMS, Session Manager, etc.
- Troubleshoot call routing, SIP/VoIP, voice quality issues, and trunk/SBC problems.
- Integrate voice devices with SolarWinds VNQM for QoS and performance monitoring.
- Support IVR, call center, voice gateways, and reporting systems.
