Network Engineers!
Responsibilities
- Independently manage Network Infrastructure support, including complex issue resolution and design modifications.
- Conduct performance analysis, proactive troubleshooting, and capacity planning for network platforms.
- Perform monitoring and maintenance of the overall network environment and manage change controls.
- Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation and communicate system issues to peers and managers.
- Maintained and optimized network infrastructure with met SLAs.
- Proactive identification and resolution of network performance issues.
- Efficient and controlled network changes.
- Comprehensive documentation of network processes and troubleshooting steps.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Ability to be a team player
