Key Responsibilities:

• System & Network Administration: Manage, monitor, and troubleshoot company networks, servers, and IT infrastructure.
• Technical Support: Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
• System Design & Architecture: Design, configure, and implement new IT systems, ensuring they meet company requirements and industry best practices.
• Security Management: Oversee and ensure the security of company networks and data. Implement and monitor security protocols, firewalls, and other protective measures.
• Project Management: Lead and execute IT-related projects, including upgrades, migrations, and system integrations.
• Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with various teams to ensure IT systems support the organization's needs.
• Disaster Recovery & Backup Solutions: Implement and maintain disaster recovery plans and backup systems to ensure business continuity.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of systems, network configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
• Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify areas for improvement in the infrastructure and workflows to enhance overall efficiency.
• Broadcast IT support: Knowledge of Broadcast IT Automation and NRCS

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, network administration, or systems engineering.
• Knowledge of systems administration (Windows Server, Linux, etc.), virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), and cloud computing platforms (Azure).
• Strong experience with network design, management, and troubleshooting (routers, switches, firewalls).
• Proficient in scripting and automation (PowerShell, Bash, etc.).
• Experience with security practices and tools (firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, endpoint security).
• Knowledge of database management systems (SQL, NoSQL, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
