Network Engineer L3

Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network Engineer L3 to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and support of our network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have 8-13 years of experience in the job market context of India.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement complex network solutions
• Maintain and support existing network infrastructure
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues
• Ensure network security and compliance
• Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of network solutions
• Create and maintain network documentation

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 8-13 years of experience in network engineering
• Strong knowledge of network protocols and technologies including TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, MPLS, VLANs, VPNs, and QoS
• Expertise in network security including firewalls, VPNs, and IDS/IPS
• Hands-on experience with network hardware such as routers, switches, and load balancers from vendors like Cisco, Juniper, and F5
• Experience with network monitoring and management tools such as SolarWinds, Nagios, and Cisco Prime
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
