Network Engineer

Job Description:

Experience: 6+ Years (L2 /L3 Support)

Shifts: Rotational

Shift1 : 7am-3pm (most probably this will not be the case)

Shift2: 2pm - 11pm

Shift3: 10pm - 7am

Mode of Work: Work from Office (5 Days)

Location: Hyderabad

Primary Skills: Cisco Routing, Switching, EIGRP, Wireless, DMVPN, Load Balancing, and Firewalls such as FTD and Palo Alto. IP Subnetting

• Skilled administration of network systems

• Plan, design, deploy, troubleshoot, and audit end-to-end network solutions

• Participate in engineering discussions, working with internal and external teams

• Expertise in Different Technologies as Engineering - CISCO/ Juniper / Nexus/ Fortinet / Palo Alto / SD-WAN / Azure VPN / F5 /VPN/Meraki Switch/ NAT/ IPSEC/ Monitoring/ GRE

• Certifications in relevant technologies are preferred

• Planning, implementation, and maintenance of a multitude of communications platforms and technologies.

• Work closely with other engineers and architects to develop technical documents, and to implement new technologies as part of large-scale lifecycle programs and enterprise key initiative.

• Track and resolve issues as they come in

• Work with operations to understand and resolve network issues

• Follow ITSM/ITIL procedures regarding changes and incidents

• Communicate updates to necessary parties

• Ownership, coordination, and collaboration for any issues brought to your attention to resolution

• Manage escalations and expedite with vendors when necessary
