Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and skilled
Network Engineer with
12 years of hands-on experience in network installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and support. The ideal candidate will assist in deploying network solutions, ensure infrastructure stability, and provide L1/L2 technical support across various client environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot routers, switches, access points, and firewalls
- Provide L1/L2 support for LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN-related issues
- Perform regular network monitoring, health checks, and preventive maintenance
- Assist in implementing network changes, upgrades, and new deployments
- Resolve connectivity issues and perform root cause analysis
- Maintain accurate documentation: configurations, network diagrams, and incident logs
- Coordinate with senior engineers, project teams, and vendors for solution delivery
- Support on-site visits, surveys, and client network assessments
- Ensure security compliance through firmware updates and patching
- Respond to tickets within SLA and ensure high-quality service delivery
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, IT, or related field
- 12 years of networking experience in support or implementation roles
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing & switching fundamentals
- Hands-on experience with Cisco/HP/MikroTik/Fortinet devices (any exposure is acceptable)
- Familiarity with Wi-Fi controllers, firewalls, and VPN technologies
- Good troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills
- Knowledge of network monitoring tools (PRTG, SolarWinds, etc.) is an advantage
- Certifications such as CCNA or Network+ preferred
