Job Description

Job Purpose/Summary:

Monitor, troubleshoot, and diagnose network issues on a 24x7x365 basis.
Coordinate with global service providers to ensure timely resolution of network issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure global network availability and continuity of services.
Quickly restore and resolve network service issues.
Liaise with internal teams and global service providers for problem resolution.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Global network availability.
Speed and efficiency in restoration/resolution of network services.

Qualifications:

B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
