Network Security Operations
- Perform day-to-day operations and maintenance of network security devices including firewalls, IDS/IPS, proxies, and VPNs.
- Configure and manage firewall rules, NAT policies, VPN tunnels, and security policies.
- Monitor network traffic and analyze logs to identify anomalies or malicious activity.
- Respond to incidents and service requests escalated from L1 support.
Incident Management & Troubleshooting
- Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis for network security incidents.
- Coordinate with internal teams and OEM vendors for resolution of complex issues.
- Implement standard change management and incident response procedures.
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure all systems and processes adhere to security standards and compliance requirements.
- Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, changes, and incident reports.
Continuous Improvement & Learning
- Stay updated with the latest security threats, vulnerabilities, and emerging technologies.
- Recommend improvements to security processes, tools, and configurations.
