Network Engineer L2 Position

CCNP certification ACI Implementation experience is mandate.

Below is the JD :

Experience 5+yrs

Location Client Place ChennaiLevel 2 Onsite Support:

a) Perform health check-up of network devices under scope of this project in DC and DR

b) Prepare reports as per the requirements of Bank

c) Take periodical backup of configuration of network devices under scope of this project as per requirements of the Bank

d) Verify transfer of logs generated by network devices to SyslogLog management solution

e) Monitor, report and document network related incidents

f) Configure network devices as per requirements of the Bank

g) Perform root cause analysis and provide reports for network related incidents

f) Perform firmwaresoftware upgradation and patching for network devices

g) Prepare and maintain network architecture diagrams

h) Co-ordinate with OEM for support

i) Prepare CR for approval by Bank

j) Implement Audit recommendations

k) Review capacity and availability of network infrastructure and make recommendations as appropriate.

l) Verify and maintain time synchronization among all the devices/solutions under control.

m) Making required setup and monitoring the traffic to find out security threats/incidents during the duty hours.

n) Implementing security best practices as well as adhere to compliances of regulatory and other government bodies.

o) Rectify/replace faulty network devices in scope

p) Monitor Warranty/AMC support expiry and take up for renewals

REQUIREMENT OF MANPOWER SKILLSET

Details of skill set required for the engagement of engineers but not limited to following:

Position Skill Set

Level-2 (L2)

Diploma or above in Computer Science/Electronics/IT/Electrical Engineering/ MCA

CCNP certified and above. Certificate should be currently valid and continue to be valid by the resource during the contract period.

Minimum overall 6 years (in which minimum 2 years of experience as L2) of experience in routing and switching in spine-leaf architecture post certification.
