JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for an experienced L2 Network Engineer with strong expertise in routing, switching, and wireless technologies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Cisco or Aruba environments and excellent communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L2 support for enterprise network environments
- Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain routing & switching infrastructure
- Manage and support wireless networks (Cisco/Aruba)
- Handle incidents, service requests, and problem management
- Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes
- Work closely with teams for issue resolution
- Participate in network changes, upgrades, and documentation
- Ensure SLAs and customer satisfaction are met
Technical Skills (Must Have):
- Strong knowledge of Routing Protocols
- Hands-on experience with Switching concepts
- Solid understanding of Wireless technologies
- Experience in troubleshooting LAN, WAN, and WLAN issues
- Familiarity with network monitoring and ticketing tools
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
- Ability to explain technical issues clearly to stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
