Job description
We are seeking an experienced Network Engineer with 5+ years of experience to manage and support IT infrastructure for an organization with 200+ users. The candidate will be responsible for network administration, server management, security systems, technical support, and overall IT infrastructure maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
Windows Server Administration
- Manage and administer Windows Server 2022
- Active Directory management (user accounts, GPO, security policies)
- Domain Name Server (DNS) configuration and management
- DHCP configuration and IP management
Google Workspace Administration
- User account creation and management
- Security policy enforcement
- Mail routing and troubleshooting
- Google Admin Console management
Biometric Attendance System
- Installation, configuration, and maintenance
- Technical support and troubleshooting
Endpoint Security Administration
- Manage antivirus and endpoint protection solutions
- Monitor system security and threat management
Data Backup & Recovery
- Configure automatic backup solutions
- Perform data restoration when required
- Monitor backup logs and ensure data integrity
Tally Server & Client Administration
- Installation and configuration of Tally server and clients
- Troubleshooting and user support
- Data backup and performance monitoring
Desktop & Laptop Support
- Hardware and software troubleshooting
- OS installation and upgrades
- Printer installation and configuration
- User technical support
Networking
- LAN and Wireless network management
- IP address configuration (LAN IP / WAN IP)
- Router configuration and maintenance
- ISP coordination and troubleshooting
- Network performance monitoring
CCTV Administration
- Installation and maintenance support
- Monitoring and troubleshooting
Asset Maintenance
- IT asset tracking and inventory management
- Preventive maintenance
Video Conference Support Setup and troubleshooting of video conferencing systems
Remote Support
- Provide remote technical assistance to users
- VPN configuration and support
Software License Management
- Maintain software license records
- Ensure compliance and renewals
Key Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server 2022
- Active Directory, DNS, DHCP expertise
- Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, Routing)
- Router & firewall configuration knowledge
- Google Workspace administration
- Backup and disaster recovery planning
- Endpoint security management
- Tally ERP support knowledge
- CCTV system handling
- Hardware troubleshooting skills
- Excellent problem-solving ability
- Strong communication and user support skills
- Ability to manage IT infrastructure for 200+ users independently
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in System/Network Administration
- Experience handling IT infrastructure for 200+ users
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
- Relevant certifications (preferred but not mandatory)
