Syrow is seeking a dedicated and skilled Network Engineer to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security. This role requires a proactive individual who can troubleshoot complex network issues and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure.
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues.
Ensure network security and perform regular security updates.
Collaborate with IT team to optimize network performance.
Provide technical support and training to staff as needed.
Document network configurations and update network-related policies.
Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience as a Network Engineer or similar role.
Strong knowledge of network protocols, security, and services (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
Experience with network diagnostic, monitoring, and analysis tools.
Familiarity with network hardware and software (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls).
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
