Summary:
Provide Day-2 network operations and support as part of a 20/7 NOC team consisting of 3 engineers.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage cloud and enterprise network infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot incidents and ensure network stability.
- Support Palo Alto firewall operations.
- Maintain routing protocols, including BGP, EVPN, VRF, and IPSEC.
- Support multi-cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Execute Terraform-based network changes, including Virtual Palo Alto deployments.
Required Skills:
- Strong operational networking background.
- Exposure to AWS, Azure, and GCP networking.
- Experience with Palo Alto firewalls, preferably virtual.
- Proficiency in Cisco routing and switching.
- Knowledge of BGP, EVPN, VRF, and IPSEC.
- Experience with monitoring tools.
- Strong capability in Terraform (Infrastructure as Code).
Strategic Focus:
- Support the implementation of a secure mesh between AWS, Azure, and GCP using Palo Alto.
- Drive automation in operations.
