Selected candidates will be initially engaged as Apprentice Trainees.

During this period, candidates will undergo 12 months of structured on-the-job training, gaining practical exposure and hands-on experience in network operations and field activities.

Upon successful completion of the 12-month training period, candidates will be elevated to the role of Network Diploma Trainee

After completing one year in the Network Diploma Trainee role, and based on satisfactory performance, candidates will be promoted to the position of Field Engineer

Job Description

1. Handle customer calls and provide resolutions by coordinating with L2 teams and field engineers.
2. Monitor network and service touchpoints for the assigned work area within the NOC.
3. Track dashboards and monitor performance KPIs to ensure network stability.
4. Raise alerts within the team whenever threshold limits are crossed.
5. Monitor TT (Trouble Ticket) alerts and resolve basic L1 issues.
6. Coordinate with circle teams for Fibre, Utility, and other operational issues.
7. Ensure customer issues are resolved within the defined TAT and SLA timelines.
8. Prepare MIS reports and perform analysis for troubleshooting and improving NOC operations.

1. Basic knowledge of Microprocessors and Digital Communication Systems
2. Understanding of Radio Communication Systems
3. Good communication and soft skills
4. Strong computer proficiency
5. Knowledge of Instrumentation
