Job Description

Responsibilities:

Improve operational tooling, practices, and deployment processes.
Collaborate across teams to drive KPI and SLO improvements and reduce operational pain points.
Organize incident management procedures and serve as Tier 2 or specialized escalation point for outage events.
Conduct root cause analysis, lead post-event actions, and resolve complex system issues.
Develop new metrics, dashboards, and provide operational assessments for incoming systems.
Advise leadership on integration options, organize technical milestones, coordinate tasks, and document project requirements.
Develop automation scripts for complex tasks and lead network automation projects.
