Key Responsibilities:
Lead the architecture, deployment, and lifecycle management of enterprise network solutions, focusing on Cisco SDA and SD-LAN implementations.
Design and implement Cisco DNA Center, ISE, and TrustSec frameworks to ensure secure, scalable, and policy-driven network access.
Provide hands-on configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization support across multi-site SDA environments.
Design and enhance enterprise wireless networks leveraging Cisco Wireless LAN Controllers (WLCs) and Access Points (APs).
Support Cisco Meraki integrations (SD-WAN, switches, access points) within hybrid network deployments.
Ensure compliance with FDA and regulatory standards, including network segmentation, data protection, and documentation requirements.
Conduct site assessments, capacity planning, and performance optimization to ensure reliability and scalability.
Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation, including High-Level Designs (HLDs), Low-Level Designs (LLDs), and network topology diagrams.
Collaborate closely with security, cloud, and application teams to deliver integrated and secure solutions.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering skill development and knowledge sharing across the team.
Minimum 12 years of experience in enterprise networking, including at least 3+ years of hands-on experience with Cisco Software-Defined Access (SDA) and SD-LAN.
In-depth expertise in Cisco DNA Center, Cisco ISE, LAN Automation, SDA Fabric, and policy-based access control.
Strong practical experience with Cisco Catalyst 9000 series switches and Cisco Wireless LAN Controllers (WLCs).
Comprehensive understanding of 802.1X, TrustSec, and network segmentation methodologies.
Proven experience in Cisco Wireless solutions, including RF design, deployment, and troubleshooting.
Working knowledge of Cisco Meraki solutions (MX, MR, MS series).
Proficiency with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools such as Wireshark, SolarWinds, and Cisco DNA Assurance.
Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Enterprise or Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) strongly preferred.
Cisco Certified Specialist Enterprise SD-WAN or SDA.
Cisco Meraki Certification.
Familiarity with ITIL practices for effective change and incident management.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Effective team player with proven leadership and mentoring capabilities.
Self-driven and organized, able to manage multiple projects and priorities efficiently.
Hybrid model: 3 days per week on-site at client premises in Bangalore.
May involve occasional travel to customer or data center locations.
Must be able to operate within regulated environments and adhere to strict documentation and compliance standards.
