Core Competencies

  • Technology: Cloud native architecture, AI/ML, API development, REST.
  • Tools: JIRA, Confluence, Draw.io, ArchiMate.
  • Processes: DevSecOps, Agile, ITIL (Incident, Problem, Change Management).

Responsibilities

  • Architecture & Strategy: Define and implement architectural frameworks that are scalable, secure, and efficient.
  • Solution Design: Design and implement technology solutions for retail banking, including cloud computing, AI, and machine learning.
  • System Integration: Ensure seamless integration of IT systems within the retail channel for smooth data flow across platforms.
  • Vendor Management: Evaluate technology vendors, assess solutions, and negotiate contracts.
  • Security & Governance: Define and maintain security frameworks, ensuring compliance with RBI, SEBI, and DPDP Act regulations.
  • Performance Monitoring: Establish metrics to evaluate technology performance and implement feedback mechanisms.
  • Leadership & Mentoring: Lead teams, conduct code reviews, and set coding standards (especially for Lead/Principal roles).

Qualifications

  • Experience: 10-15+ years of experience in IT, with significant experience in backend/full-stack development and system engineering.
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of cloud computing, networking, security, databases, and microservices.
  • Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of Retail Branch Banking.
  • Soft Skills: Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
