Job Summary:

Network Operations Team Lead's responsibility is to come up with innovative solutions to various networking problems and ensure that customer needs are properly defined and satisfactorily met. Implements and evaluates the working of networking systems and stays abreast of new technologies emerging in the industry.

Job Duties/ Responsibilities:

Working closely with Infrastructure team and security team. The primary duties and responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Responsible for supporting the customer Network devices (Switches, Routers, Firewalls, Load Balancers)
• Responsible for ensuring Network Availability and Uptime
• Support the Infrastructure team during any P1 incidents
• Co-ordinate with Service providers on Wan link outages
• Participate in short term Networking projects
• Work with the NOC team and resolve complex Incidents and Service requests
• Work with the larger IT organization for any change implementations in the IT Infrastructure
• Responsible for informing Management, partners and peers about Network performance and Service availability

Experience or skills in the following areas are required:

• 10+ years of experience working in Data centers with an emphasis on Enterprise Networks
• Deep expertise on Routing and Switching (Cisco, Juniper, Arista)
• Expertise on Firewalls (Cisco, Palo Alto, Checkpoint)
• Good understanding on Load Balancers (F5, Citrix)
• Deep understanding on VPN technologies like ZScalar, Pulse Secure, Any Connect etc.
• Good knowledge of Azure/AWS Networking technologies like VPN Gateway, App Gateway, Express Route/Direct connect, Security Groups implementations etc.
• CCNP certification
