We are looking for a professional with solid experience in
corporate network environments, acting at
Level 3 (L3) support, and responsible for ensuring the
availability, stability, security, and performance of network infrastructure in
critical and highly complex environments.
This professional will serve as a
technical reference for the networking team, actively participating in the
investigation and resolution of complex incidents,
failure analysis,
planning and execution of changes, and directly supporting
network architecture evolution projects.
The role also involves working closely with
cross-functional teams,
vendors, and
service providers, ensuring compliance with
SLAs,
technical standards, and
best practices across heterogeneous environments with
multi-vendor equipment.
Technical Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of routing and switching;
- Expertise in the BGP, OSPF, and MPLS protocols, as well as DCI (Data Center Interconnect) technologies;
- Hands-on experience with Cisco, Huawei, HP, and Datacom network equipment;
- Ability to interpret and analyze network traffic and logs for problem diagnosis;
- Desirable: knowledge in network automation tools and scripting (e.g., Python, Ansible).
