Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Experience in Routing, Switching (Cisco) and wireless
  • Troubleshooting Network Operations issues
  • Exposure to DR Activities (Network DR)
  • Good networking protocols and standards such as TCP/IP, OSI, UDP, Layer2 (VLANS, STP, VTP)
  • Routing Protocols (RIP, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP)
  • WAN technologies (IPsec, VPNs, MPLS, Qos)
  • Knowledge of redundant protocols HSRP, VRRP and GLBP
  • Experience on ITIL process & handling Incident, change & Problem management
  • CCNA Certification
  • Any Firewall knowledge
