Network Administrator

Description

We are seeking a skilled Network Administrator to oversee and manage our organization's network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ensuring the stability and integrity of in-house voice, data, and video networks.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability.
• Implement and manage network security measures and policies to protect sensitive data.
• Configure and maintain network devices and systems to meet organizational needs.
• Collaborate with IT team to support network-related projects and initiatives.
• Document network configurations, changes, and procedures for future reference and compliance.
• Provide technical support for network-related issues to end-users and staff.

Skills and Qualifications

• 6-16 years of experience in network administration or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and other network protocols.
• Proficiency in configuring and managing routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Experience with network monitoring tools and troubleshooting techniques.
• Familiarity with network security principles and best practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+, or similar.
