  • Hands on knowledge on WiFi (Preferably on Meraki) and Cisco LAN devices(Must have)
  • Cisco LAN concept and Nexus device knowledge(Must have)
  • Routing switching knowledge
  • ISE device hands on experience
  • Technical documentation creation
  • Hands on knowledge on troubleshooting on end user disconnection issues on Wifi
  • Packet capture tool knowledge
  • Working knowledge on Service now ticketing tool
  • Good communication skills

Primary Skills

  • Hands on knowledge on WiFi (Preferably on Meraki) and Cisco LAN devices(Must have)
