Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation and customization of Oracle NetSuite solutions
- Manage a team of developers and functional consultants
- Design and develop SuiteScript (1.0 / 2.0) based customizations
- Integrate NetSuite with third-party systems (CRM, finance tools, etc.)
- Work on data migration, reporting, and system optimization
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements
- Ensure best practices in ERP implementation and governance
- Troubleshoot system issues and optimize performance
- Drive automation and process improvements
Required Skills
Core NetSuite Expertise
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle NetSuite ERP
- Expertise in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk
- Experience in NetSuite modules (Finance, CRM, Inventory, etc.)
Programming & Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in Core Java & Java
- Experience with SQL and database management
- Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and integrations
Data & Analytics
- Experience in data analysis using Python (Google Colab preferred)
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
Integration & Tools
- Experience in Salesforce Administration
- Exposure to Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS)
Leadership Requirements
- Proven experience leading teams (3–10 members)
- Ability to mentor developers and drive delivery timelines
- Strong stakeholder communication and client handling skills
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
