Role Description:
As the NetSuite Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing and leading the end-to-end architecture of our NetSuite ERP implementation, ensuring it aligns with complex business operations across shipping, logistics, finance, and compliance in a multi-country environment. You will act as the strategic and technical lead, collaborating with business units, IT teams, and third-party vendors to implement scalable, efficient, and regionally compliant solutions.
Basic Qualifications:
- 10 to 18 years of overall experience
- 8 to 10years ofNetSuiteexperience, including architect-level involvement in implementations and integrations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with both business and technical teams.
- Experience in any integration platform like Boomi, Mulesoft, Workato, Celigo,etc
- Proven success in leading multi-country or multi-entityNetSuiteimplementations
Technical Skills:.
- Experience working with SuiteScript (JavaScript), SuiteFlow, and SuiteTalk (REST/SOAP).
- .Flexible to travel to Asia pacific region on demand
- Understanding of shipping, freight forwarding, or logistics processes is strongly preferred.
- Experience integrating third-party platforms (e.g., shipping documentation, port authorities, logistics APIs).
- Familiarity with data security, compliance, and localization needs across Asia-Pacific.
- Deep knowledge ofNetSuiteERP modules, including Financials, Procurement, Inventory, and CRM
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architectural design and strategy forNetSuiteERP across multi-country operations
- Map business processes (e.g., shipping agency workflows, regional finance, and logistics operations) toNetSuitemodules and custom solutions.
- Design and implement custom workflows, integrations, and automations using SuiteScript, SuiteTalk, and SuiteFlow.
- IntegrateNetSuitewith shipping, port, and logistics platforms as well as regional finance tools and banks.
- Ensure localization and compliance across different countries (e.g., tax, legal, and reporting requirements).
- Work with cross-functional teams (Operations, Finance, HR, Compliance) to gather requirements and ensure system alignment.
- Lead data migration efforts and oversee system cutovers and change management processes.
- Provide guidance and governance toNetSuitedevelopers and admins.
- ManageNetSuiteupgrades, sandbox testing, and feature adoption.
- Serve as a SME and trusted advisor on ERP-related digital transformation initiatives
Travel requirements:
- Job will require short term travel to Asia Pacific region as per Project needs.
