Job Title: NetSuite Solution Architect

Location: Chennai Onsite/Hybrid/Remote

Shift Timing: 3.00AM 12.00PM PST (US Pacific Time)

Engagement Mode: Full Time

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and driven Delivery Manager / Solution Architect. This role is pivotal in supporting both delivery and pre-sales functions across our NetSuite consulting engagements. You will collaborate with internal teams and customers to ensure successful implementation, optimization, and expansion of NetSuite solutions, while stepping in as needed to represent the practice.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Practice Support

Act as the secondary point of leadership for the NetSuite practice in the absence of the practice head.

Support resource planning, team mentoring, and project governance activities.

Help define and enforce delivery standards and methodologies, including SuiteSuccess.

Conduct periodic health checks and project reviews to ensure successful outcomes.

Delivery Management

Provide solution architecture oversight for NetSuite ERP implementations (Finance, SCM, CRM, Projects).

Review functional and technical deliverables to ensure quality and alignment with requirements.

Lead client workshops, requirement gathering, configuration reviews, and UAT sign offs.

Support cutover, migration, and post-go-live stabilization phases.

Pre-Sales & Client Engagement

Collaborate on proposals, SoWs, and effort estimates during RFP or sales cycles.

Participate in discovery calls, product demonstrations, and solution positioning sessions.

Assist in identifying upsell and managed service opportunities.

Team Enablement

Mentor junior consultants and contribute to training plans.

Ensure cross-functional knowledge sharing across Finance, Projects, SCM, and Integrations.

Track skill matrix and support hiring or skill gap initiatives as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

12+ years of experience in ERP consulting, with at least 6+ years in NetSuite.

Strong understanding of NetSuite modules including Finance, SCM, CRM, and Projects.

Proven experience in end-to-end implementations and solution architecture.

Familiarity with integrations (e.g., Salesforce, Concur, JP Morgan, etc.).

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to balance delivery leadership and hands-on solutioning.

Preferred Qualifications:

NetSuite certifications (SuiteFoundation, ERP Consultant, SuiteCloud Developer).

Experience working with SuiteSuccess methodology.

Exposure to managed services, support models, and optimization engagements.
