Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end sales for NetSuite ERP solutions, including licensing, implementation, and support services
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to design and execute targeted marketing plans specifically tailored to our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities in target markets
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Build and develop strong relationships with Oracle NetSuite's internal sales and marketing teams to ensure BONbLOC remains a preferred implementation partner.
- Understand client business challenges and propose tailored NetSuite solutions
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and NetSuite product updates
- Collaborate closely with pre-sales, delivery, and technical teams to ensure successful deal closures
- Manage the ownership of the entire sales cycle from initial prospecting to preparing sales proposals, presentations, pricing, and contract negotiations
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to ensure consistent achievement of quarterly and annual revenue goals.
- Travel to client locations & represent the company at partner events, industry conferences, and Oracle NetSuite gatherings to increase brand visibility.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 510 years of proven experience in NetSuite sales (ERP / Cloud solutions)
- Strong understanding of ERP market trends and enterprise technology solutions
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong pipeline management and CRM experience
- Willingness to travel as per business requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with global clients
- Familiarity with NetSuite partner ecosystem and sales cycles
- Prior experience in consultative or solution-based selling
