Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Infrastructure Administration & Management

  • Administer and support Windows Server environments (20122022)
  • Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, DFS, NPS, Certificate Authority, and File Servers
  • Handle VMware ESXi / Hyper-V and cloud infrastructure (AWS / Azure)

Network & System Operations

  • Perform network troubleshooting (switches, routers, firewalls, VPNs)
  • Conduct patch management, change management, and problem management (RCA)
  • Participate in system upgrades, migrations, and new deployments

Security, Backup & Disaster Recovery

  • Ensure security compliance, backup management, and disaster recovery planning
  • Maintain storage systems and optimize for performance and reliability

Documentation & Collaboration

  • Create and maintain SOPs, technical documentation, and reports
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver IT infrastructure projects
