.NET + WinForms Developer

Job Description

• 4 to 7 years of experience in C#, WCF, WPF, .NET Core

Technical Skills

• Strong .NET fundamentals and threading concepts
• Operating System: Windows
• Working knowledge of SQL Server / Oracle / Sybase
• SQL, TSQL / PLSQL
• Optimization is a strong plus
• Experience with .NET Framework 4.6 and above
• Previous experience in Thunderhead, WCF, multithreading, Silverlight (highly desirable)
• Experience in highlevel and lowlevel design using UML & Design Patterns
• Knowledge of Reactive Extensions (Rx) is a plus
• Investment Banking experience is a strong plus
• Knowledge of Azure is a strong plus
• Experience creating, enhancing, and executing unit tests using testdriven development
• Tools: MbUnit / NUnit
• Knowledge of opensource tools, automated testing, and Agile methodology

Responsibilities

• Understand functional requirements and raise clarifications with BAs or relevant stakeholders
• Provide effort estimation based on highlevel requirements and perform independent estimation from detailed specifications
• Deliver technical design and implement solutions for complex requirements
• Follow Agile practices:
• Daily Scrum, Iteration Planning, Retrospective, TestDriven Development, Model Storming
• Review design documents, test cases, and code thoroughly
• Perform coding, unit testing, and integration testing
• Collaborate effectively with team members and follow engineering best practices
