.Net Technical Lead

Qualification-Bachelor of Engineering (BE)BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject

Technical Skills -

Proven experience in leading and managing a team of developers.

Strong knowledge of C#, ASP.NET CORE, MVC, and Web API.

Experience with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and AngularJS.

Experience with database technologies such as SQL Server and Oracle.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilites -

Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and ensuring that the team is working efficiently and effectively.

Design and develop software applications using the .NET framework, with a focus on full stack development.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Perform code reviews and ensure that the code developed by the team adheres to coding standards and best practices.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during the development process.

Work closely with project managers to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in software development and make recommendations for process and technology improvements
