Job SummaryDocument Management System (DMS) Support engineer role is positioned to offer IT technical support services on IT systems enabling Document Capture and document delivery services at Iron Mountain across Global site. DMS support Engineer engages with Scan operations staff across sites to diagnose, detect and fix DMS Systems technical issues restoring IT systems to Steady state operations.Key Areas of Responsibility
Be responsible for monitoring and troubleshooting Kofax, DSP, E2E reporting and Webstatus .net applications based on SQL server , deployed on Windows Server IIS.
Work on incidents, requests and problem tickets
Manage production deployments
Manage major incidents
Monitor Jobs and remediate any failures
