Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced
Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise solutions for
real estate asset management applications. This role involves defining architecture, guiding engineering teams, and optimizing backend platforms built on
.NET Core, MS SQL Server, and Azure cloud-native services. The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise, strong leadership skills, and a passion for building resilient enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities- Architect end-to-end backend solutions using .NET Core, C#, MS SQL Server, and Azure PaaS/SaaS services.
- Design and lead microservices architecture and containerized deployment strategies, particularly using Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
- Own architectural decisions related to scalability, availability, security, performance, and maintainability.
- Implement and enforce robust security best practices including authentication, authorization, data protection, and compliance.
- Lead technology evaluations, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and technical risk assessments.
- Guide and mentor development teams by:
- Creating Low-Level Designs (LLD)
- Conducting code and pull request reviews
- Defining and enforcing coding standards and best practices
- Design and oversee CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, ensuring automation, quality gates, and smooth release management.
- Leverage AI-powered development tools to improve productivity, code quality, and delivery efficiency across the team.
- Collaborate with business and product stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 12+ years of experience in software development and architecture with a strong focus on enterprise backend systems.
- Expertise in .NET Core / C#, microservices architecture, and relational database design using MS SQL Server.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services including App Services, Functions, Logic Apps, Identity, Monitor, Key Vault, and related services.
- Proven experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipeline creation, automation, code quality enforcement, and release management.
- Deep understanding of API, application, and cloud security best practices.
- Experience in the real estate asset management domain is highly desirable.
